1. History and Experience: M.P."Mickey" Corcoran is a fourth generation Louisvillian. His entire career has been construction, 1978 to 1985 with a family Engineering firm, and 1985 to present as a Registered Builder.

2. Hands on experience: Mickey Corcoran has personally performed most trade’s work. Corcoran not only knows how it should be done, he has done it with his own hands.

4. References: we will supply a list of all our customers from the last year, or as requested.

5. Warranty: In addition to the standard (1) year, and manufacturer and supplier warranties, we give a TEN YEAR WARRANTY on the foundation and structure.
