Meet the Builder

M.P."Mickey" Corcoran is a fourth generation Louisvillian. His entire career has been construction, 1978 to 1985 with a family Engineering firm, and 1985 to present as a Registered Builder.

Mickey has personally performed most trade’s work. Corcoran not only knows how it should be done, he has done it with his own hands. He has had years of dealing with the same fine suppliers and sub-contractors.

Mickey is a small, selective builder of homes. Corcoran deals directly with the customer from the start, supervises and inspects his own jobs, and follow-up. This personal approach nets a more cohesive and higher quality finished home.
